Investor Panel Agenda - Last Day of Classes

In our first class, I mentioned that I would try to assemble a panel of local angel investors and venture capitalists to critique your final group presentations. I now have enough commitments to confirm we will have this mentor panel.

This will be especially valuable to you, as you will receive professional, third party validation of your business concept. (No, our guests will not grade your papers, however, I have asked them to give you their unvarnished opinions about your business proposition and how it stacks up against what they see in the "real world".)

As a bit of a heads-up, we will do the final "pitches" during the afternoon of the last day of classes.

We will do presentations in alphabetical order of team name starting at 12:30 sharp with the objective of finishing presentations at 16:30 sharp. I am trying to synch up our guests to come a bit earlier, but at least one can't be at the class until 12:30.

Each team will have 30 minutes (15 minutes for setup and presentation and 15 minutes for comments and feedback from the panel). We will have 3 presentations, a short bio break, 3 more presentations and then the opportunity to discuss and review with the panel mentors. At then end of the class, I suggest we celebrate over drinks with any of the guests who can stick around.
